Why Are You Always Tired?.. Causes of Fatigue...

Do you always feel tired and stressed out? then this is for you ....

Do you get to sleep for normal eight hours at night but still feel exhausted, it's time to see a doctor. It's also worth seeking medical advice. Fatigue is a feeling of weakness, tiredness, or lack of energy that does not go away when you rest. People may feel fatigued – in body(physical fatigue) or mind(psychological fatigue)..
    1. With physical fatigue, your muscles cannot do things as easily as they used to.
    2. With psychological fatigue, it may be difficult to concentrate for as long as you used to.
In severe cases, you might not feel like getting out of bed in the morning and doing your regular daily activities. Fatigue can cause a vast range of other physical, mental and emotional symptoms which includes:
    • Chronic tiredness or sleepiness
    • Headache
    • Dizziness
    • Sore or aching muscles
    • Muscle weakness
    • Slowed reflexes and responses
    • Impaired decision-making and judgement
    • Moodiness, such as irritability
    • Impaired hand-to-eye coordination
    • Appetite loss
    • Reduced immune system function
    • Blurry vision
    • Short-term memory problems
    • Poor concentration
    • Hallucinations
    • Reduced ability to pay attention to the situation at hand
    • Low motivation.

    How To Deal With  Fatigue....
    1. It is always best and advisable to change you diets. Eating lots of protein is essential for staving off fatigue, especially early in the day. Eating too much of carbohydrates can also make you weak. Snacks like fruit and nuts, or even beef will satiate your hunger and boost energy levels. Make sure that you give attention to proper vitamins, minerals and nutrients in your diet.
    2. Establish a bedtime routine to relax you before hand. Try to establish a fixed schedule that is, the same time to go to bed and get up every day. If this doesn't find you falling asleep, try an herbal tea before bedtime and make sure your room is cool and dark.
    3. Try to determine what you are sensitive to by eliminating suspect foods from your diet for several weeks, and then re-introducing them one by one to see how you react. See the write-up on Causes of Food Allergy
    4. Get busy with a daily Exercise routine,30 minutes a day is sufficient. The key is to be consistent and do it every day to be successful in dealing with fatigue.
    5. Carrying around extra weight could be making you very tired, in addition to all of the other health concerns this brings. Lose the weight,(read it here) and combine good nutrition with regular exercise - and make it a lifelong habit to get the weight off and keep it off.
    6. Find something that you enjoy doing. Schedule some time to do it - and then do it! Try to learn new things - what makes you happy, and make research on other things you want to to learn more about. Just researching and writing this article is doing much to stimulate my thinking - and I am definitely not bored and enjoying it!
    7. Above all, endeavor to see a specialist if you cant find a solution through all these lifestyle changes.
